Limit machine capacity consumption per customer

Hi all,

I have a requirement to limit the maximum machine consumed capacity by a specific customer. We have implemented the capacity reservations but this is diferent because we don't want to book some hours per cusomter, we need to limit the maximum capacity consumed.

Is it possible?
