Lifecycle status of Freight order not updating "Completed" status automatically

Hi All.

Could you please let us know when the lifecycle status of FO is getting updated as "Completed" status.

We have created the FSD and FSD posted and carrier invoice also verified in the documentflow of FO for FSD document, but still the lifecycle status of FO is showing as "In Process".

Please let us know the logic of updating the lifecycle status of FO to "Completed" status automatically.

Hi Kumar,

for LC Status Completion there is always two aspects. Settlement and Execution, based on the document type setup if either one or both are relevant system will automatically determine the LC status. As you well describe settlement process seems to be completed therefore I assume execution is still open. To validate, go to status tab of the freight document and check if Execution Status is "In Execution", only after going to "Executed", LC Status will go to completed.

If you only want to settle via TM, you should set your Freight Order Type to not relevant for Execution. If you are doing execution, make sure that the last expected event(as per freight order type customizing), was reported and the status should automatically go to executed => LC Status completed.
