Layout - Can I tie the layout with the document number?

Dear,

I have a problem that I can't see a way out.

So 3 types of orders are issued: Sales orders, Service orders and Assembly orders and for each type, we have a different header.

For the seller, ok, he can separate, but the other departments that need to print these orders, the layout is configured by default for that user and not linked to the order number.

I Think in try with crystal, but don't will work even using "WHERE T0.DocEntry = {?DocKey@}"

Is there a way to link this layout with the order and not with the user?

I didn't want to do it that way, but I solved it using Crystal and creating a user table to register the headers. That way I don't have to worry about cross-user view settings. the only thing that was manual was the user having to select which address the item is coming from.
