Kit to Stock - Not able to create Outbound Delivery

Hi SAP Gurus,

I am trying to create Kit to Stock scenario. I have created the Production Order and have assigned Scheduling profile for Kit to stock.

System is able to create Outbound Delivery request in EWM but I am not able to convert this ODR to Outbound Delivery Order.

When I try to activate the Outbound Delivery Request, then System is giving error message

" Error in data transfer

Error in step processing

Error in processing

Transition failed

Internal error during quantity offsetting

Could not activate document "

I have even compared Quantity offsetting profile with another system and it is the same.

Please help.
