you can use below path in ECC for KIT & KOMP.

Img-Sales and Distribution-Sales-Sales Documents-Sales Document Item-Define Item Categories

( T Code : VOV7 )

for determination  against delivery type

Img-Logistics Execution-Shipping-Deliveries-Define Item Category Determination in Deliveries
