Hello Expert,
I have configured the below config for the CONSENSUSDEMANDQTY. But somehow the defaulting is not working for the CONSENSUSDEMANDQTY. It is working perfectly in the QA Env but not in Prod.
Please advise.

Hi Srikanth,
I see only 3 possibilities.
1) Consensus Demand Request Level has a sum of stored value of consensus demand --> If this is so, please change the stored to calculate.
2) Demand Planning Qty calculated value is null --> You are trying to drive the demand planning qty calculated value from another stored or calculated keyfigure that has null value. Hence Demand Planning Qty at Calculated level is 0 and this drives the Consensus Demand Calculated as 0.
3) You are having null values in monthly level which means you must have a period specific calculation where the calculation is stopped at the period and hence it is displayed as null.
Let me know if both these cases are fine.
Best Regards,
Riyaz

Hello srikant9099
Just check the calculation at request level and see if the input at the request level is stored or calculated ? If stored change the input to calculated and activate the planning area.
Let me know if that helps.

Then everything looks perfectly ok. Ideally it should work.
Only thing that u can check is calculation of the KF denamd planning qty.it is working in the first 2 buckets in your screenshot, but not the 3rd bucket. Can you share the screenshot of KF DEMANDPLANNINGQTY, as it is being used here as an calculated input. Is this KF fully calculated ? or is it stored & calculated.
Hi Satish,
Thanks for the response.
CONSENSUSDEMANDQTY is a stored and calculated KF. In the calculation, it is a stored KF.
This configuration is working perfectly in QA Env but not in Prod.
Please advise.
Thanks

... there is no "below" in your question ...
without posting the configuration details, plus what you see in QA and what in Prod in Excel, there is no way to help
the more details, the better
