Key figure editable only in a Scenario

Hi all

Is there a possibility to restrict edit of a Key figure only to a Scenario and make it non-editable in BASELINE.

There is a requirement in our current project where we want to give a certain functionality but restrict it to be done only in scenario and not Baseline.
