key figure ADJUSTEDRECEIPT Option for user entered value

hi team,

we have KF ADJUSTEDRECEIPT As editable in current and future selected. we have activated change history option.

do we have option in IBP where any qty entered by user in this KF can be identified.

change history will show changes against this KF OLD value and new value. our objective is to identify value populated in this KF is manual or system generated.

Hi Santosh,

You can create 2 separate key figure and later merge them in ADJUSTEDRECEIPT Key figure

1. Custom KF, where you will bring info like Open PO (System Input)

2. Custom KF, where you will have user provided manual inputs (This KF you can make change history enabled)

Later through KF configuration you can take consolidated both KF value into ADJUSTREDRECEIPT KF to pass as input to supply planning engine.

how can we track values entered in CUSTOM KF. In change history we have old value and new if value is changed.

our requirement is can we track user for Manual qty entered in KF. like in KF there is no value and user is entering some value we want to track which user has entered qty.

Please enable change history feature on the key figure which you want to track changes
