Sybase Ver 15.7 which i recommend to upgrade to 16

face this issue after migration to vm because :-

'logsegment' segment is full/has no free extents. If you ran out of space in syslogs, dump the transaction log. Otherwise, use ALTER DATABASE to increase the size of the segment.

this happen usually specially after migrated to VM from physical

need the check the current size for log and what is the best extend size

Error message is clear you can check the over all disk space in DB & log file location. and refer the SAP note link - https://launchpad.support.sap.com/#/notes/1836607
