Kanban Stock Transfer (two Steps) IM-EWM

Hello,

We are defining a process where we need a two step sotck tranfer process between an IM managed and EWM managed storage location.

To do so we have created a Custom Kanban replenishment strategy. In this startegy we use control type “7 Delivery from an EWM-Controlled Storage Location”.

When mantaining the control cycle in PKMC, the system is asking us to enter an EWM Managed storage location in the Storage location for the replenishment strategy. To be more precise the system prompts the error:

Storage location &&&& is not EWM-managed

Message no. PK532

If we were able to by-pass this error, or just leave empty the field, the ssytem generates the OBD with the source sloc acording to the material configuration. Therefore it allow us to do a two step stock transfer betwen an IM managed and EWM managed storage location.

We would like to be able to override this messege in order to be able to reach the final solution of the two-step process.

Does anybody have ever faced that situation/issue and can give us a hint on how to approach that?
