We implemented the KANBAN JIT calls process.
The replenishment lead time 3 days(PKMC).
The JIT calls go out to the supplier once a day.
Sunday is not a working day in the factory calendar.
JIT calls on Thursday are stuck because delivery would be on Sunday.
Could you help me find where is the mistake?
