The active version of the respective inspection object type can be seen in the Customizing table
SPRO-
-> Extended Warehouse Management
-> Cross-Process Settings
-> Quality Management
-> Basics
-> Maintain Inspection Object Types Version (/SCWM/V_QIOT).
For more details refer SAP note 1401002 - Item type is not assigned to the inspection object type
