Hi Team,
I have assigned escalation reason in dispute case and ran the UDM_AUTOWRITEOFF. System displayed a message "Dispute case XXXXX: Automatic write-off started" but i don't see the dispute amount is write-off. The case still remains open and Autom. Written Off field still shows 0 in dispute case.
Also when I run the program manually RFDM2000, system issues a message "Dispute Case XXXXXhas been changed" but case is still the same.
Please advise....

Have you checked all of your config?
Has the auto status change been configured.
Have you defined an active GL account and cost center?
