Issue with updating stages in fix FO's

Hi ,

In SAP TM 9.6 , in planning->transportation cockpit while assigning FU item to a FO in fix mode , the stages are not getting updated in the FO . In unfix mode the stages are updating correctly.I tried with /scmtms/cl_tor_helper_stage . Is there any way to bypass the fixing check in program level , so that stages get updated in the freight order irrespective of the mode.

Please let me know if this is possible.
