Issue with auto VAS order creation during Kit Order Scenario

I am using S/4 Hana 1909 embedded EWM solution for Kit to Order scenario. VAS order is not getting created automatically at Delivery distribution. Kit header is showing as not relevant for VAS. I have maintained all the VAS Relevant customizing.

Scenario-> SO->OBD->OBD in EWM-> Auto VAS order creation as per config setup and processing->Additional Packing -->Staging-> GI

Your help will be much Appreciated on this topic. Please let me know if any input required from my side.

Hi Eric,

can you add some screenshots of your packaging specification? Does it have a level of type 'KIT' along with the external POSC step for the VAS activity?
