Issue while Assigning outbound delivery to TU

Hello Experts,

I am getting below error while assigning outbound delivery to TU.

"Transport planning data of TU 20000388 and delivery 2626 do not match"

Any inputs will be appreciated. Thanks in Advance.

Hi Jyotish,

Check the Transportation Planning Type (Transp.PlngType or TPT) on TU and delivery header. They have to match.

When the first delivery gets assigned to the TU, the TU will get the TPT of the delivery. From that point onwards you can assign only such deliveries to the TU, where the TPT is the same as the first delivery's.

Thanks for the input.

When the delivery(also the freight unit automatically) created from SO & replicated to EWM it holds the status as "C" - Obligatory external planning TM. On Manual creation of TU, the initial status for TPT = blank & it was throwing error while delivery assignment as there is a mismatch.
