Hi,
I have uploaded requested quantity key figure through data integration jobs and all of them were successful. But when i am trying to view them through planning view template, it is not showing up. When I am downloading directly from planning level I could see them all showing up. Only the issue with planning view. I also checked UOM and conversion factor which are available. i am suspecting if this is due to the effect of 2002 upgrade with my planning area. Does anyone had this kind of issue post 2002 upgrade and what is solution for this.

Guru

Thanks guys, I found the issue. Actually it was an issue with planning area. Since the same master data is used in 2 planning areas, i think there was some mismatch. When I reactivated both the planning areas , it started working. Thanks

Hi Guru,
Are you able to see the KF values from Master data workbook.
If Yes --> Then reload UOM conversion master then try again.
Thanks

Hi Guru,
It is not a 2002 upgrade issue, rather a master data issue. Basically when you are able to see the KF data through Master data workbook "Planning Objects with KF data", then through the planning view also you should be able to see.
Since the Request level calculation of KF "requested quantity" contains UOMTO with base planning level, the planning view is not able to get the reference of UOM for the product as Girish said in his eariler post.
Please follow the below steps:
1. Check the UOMTO used in the planning view and check if that product is maintained with that UOMTO in the UOM conversion factor MDT.
2. If the first step is fine, then delete the UOM conversion combination for that product and re-load (sometimes if UOM data is maintained before KF creation and data upload, it does not take the UOM data while seeing in planning view)
3. Now refresh the planning view, you should be able to see the data.
Hope it helps.

Praveen
