Issue in MIGO

hi gurus,

iam trying to issue STO document using mvnt type 351 from MIGO, but this error message appears

Reverse Appdoc before GR/GI cancellation.

Message no. /ACCGO/CAS_APPL_MSG009

and no explanation for the error, can anyone help?
