Issue in Deconsolidation

Dear All,

While executing the POSC process ( Unloading> Deconsolidation> Final PutAway) for Put Away process.

I am able to do deconsolidation process when I pack single item in a HU, but system is not allowing two items in a HU.

Please help me with configuration, how to select multiple items in Deconsolidation process.

Hi Vikas,

As per my understanding, system would not allow to create mix HUs in one go in deconsolidation as per your scenario since different WTs in standard.

Thanks for the explanation.

I understood that Mixed HU is not allowed in deconsolidation process.

So, if we receive 4 items in a single HU from the vendor and we need to do putaway in warehouse for 2 items in a HU (2 HU`s in the bin each with 2 items).

How can we achieve. Please suggest.

Hi Vikas,

Instead of selecting 2 line items at same time in decon screen , you can select one line, then in Destination HU, create enter HU if external (blank HU for new HU creation based pack material), execute , then again select second line, then in Destination HU, assign the existing HU which has created for line 1, then execute.In this case, 1 HU carry 2 items . Repeat the process for residual items.

Hi Ajit,

Thank You. Homogeneous HU is working in decon process.

Although, process is not complete as in final putaway, system does not determines the destination HU.
