Issue facing in making inventory report

When I entered dead stock for example, from 2020 to 2021 it shows the numbers but when I check or entered separately it shows slow moving numbers also with dead stock so i am confused why it is showing dead stock and slow moving stock together when i check separately. Expert advise needed regarding the whole process of dead stock and slow moving stock checking.
