Is there any report to show all line items not-ATP’d and also line items ATP’d at zero (or less than order quantity)

Hi Experts,

we have requirement for a report  to show all line items not-ATP’d and also line items ATP’d at zero (or less than order quantity) for sales orders.

Can any one let me know if we have any report as such in APO or in ECC.

I am not aware of any standard report that exactly meets your business requirement in either ECC nor APO.

Provided you are doing your availability checking in APO, there is a standard 'availability check' alert in APO that might meet a portion of your requirements.  /SAPAPO/AMON.  You will have to configure this alert in the same way you would configure any alert.

Hello Maddy,

Why don't you configure an ODL that meets the criteria by setting up the filters accordingly. This ODL data should be enough for you to filter out the relevant data as per your need.

Hello,

There is no such standard report in SAP, you may check CO09 in ECC for individual products.

some how VBBE table can help you to get the confirmed quantity and requested quantity.
