Is there a way to trigger IBP Job from HANA or Fiori?

Hi Everyone

I never integrated IBP with HANA where IBP jobs can be triggered from HANA. Currently, we have a dashboard requirement when IBP job shall be triggered based on user input from Fiori.

Is there a way to trigger IBP job based on the input provided from Fiori? If not directly from Fiori, Is there a way to trigger it from HANA?

Can you please suggest?

Hi Srujan, kindly check the Communication Arrangement 'SAP_COM_0064', with this scenario you are able to trigger JOBs from outside of IBP.

Hi Srujan,

Please find below step,

1. Create z program in S/4 with help of ABAPer

2. Go to SE38 create variant in S/4

3. Schedule batch with step 2 variant in SM37 in S/4

4. Check Jobs in "Application Jobs" app IBP Web UI
