Is it possible with SAP IBP access to charts and dashboard without any S-User?

Hello

Is it possible access to charts or dashboard to share with e-mail, so people can view it without any S-User? (for example: managers)

Is it not possible for security reasons? Or can we configure with settings or create a special group to view charts without any S-Users?

Hi Levent,

If you want to share anything directly from Analytics app via Email, you will require that user to be created in IBP. Creating the user in IBP does not require S-User, you just need their Email ID. Once that user is set up in IBP, you can share via Email from Analytics app.

Another option is to export the chart to Excel and send that Excel chart as an attachment via email.
