Is it possible to do a full data refresh in a Sandbox client from a Production client?

Hi Experts,

I am looking to fully refresh all data in our Sandbox system with Production data.  A key part of the refresh is to only have planning objects in the Sandbox that are in Production (so deleting any planning object that does not exist in production).  We had an issue in the early days of our system where we had bad planning objects that we have cleaned up in production but they still remain in the Sandbox.  Essentially we would like a process to mirror production into the sandbox, is there a way of doing this?
