Is it possible to deactivate user parameters from MD61?

Hi,

We would like to deactivate the user parameter button from MD61/MD62/MD63.

It is problematic for our client to have end users allowed to create PIRs by setting a default type even though the material has no strategy (or one that doesn't allow PIRs in MTO scenarios) and shouldn't therefore be planned through PIRs.

Can this be done through authorizations or another standard way?

I see two possibilities:

- screen variant

- creation of an authorization object

does anyone see anything better?
