Is it possbile to associate production order of sub-item to production order of top level item

Hi,

I'd like to know if there is a process similar to collective orders that exists, but with the ability to post to stock sub -items, basically is there a way to associate a production order of sub-items to the production order of the top level item while posting the sub-items to stock ?
