Is IBP only available in cloud ?

Hi All

Is IBP only available in cloud ? I checked SAP market place and found only the excel add-in and HANA DB available to  customers.

What setup is needed to connect  excel add-in  in a windows machine  connects to HANA db which is on a SUSE Linux machine . I dont see any installation guide for the same and PAM also shows just the excel addin.

Hello

IBP is available on cloud and on premises. It used Hana  as database  in both the scenario. most customer goes for cloud version which offer all the advantages as SAP managed the software/upgrade and ensure  system is available. In either case  excel add in software available  in the SAP marketplace  for correct version of IBP is required to be installed to access IBP  master/transaction data /different scenario/functionality.. Excel front end  was established  for easy access to IBP users

I cannot see any  media list  and installation guide  ? Are you sure that on premises is available ?
