why do some devices show online and other offline in IoT Services even though the gateway is running and none of devices are actually online?
in the screen shot attached, none of the devices are actually sending data but they are shown as online.
is there anyway to keep the device status as online?
when data is sent, they come online and then go offline, but in some cases it stays online even after this.
