Inventory History

Hello guys,

I have following question regarding the Inventory History:

I need the closing balance at the end of any given period for every material in stock. I checked following tables already:

- MARD

- MARDH

- MBEW

- MBWEH

MARD (LABST) and MBEW (LBKUM) give me the current inventory amounts and quantities. MARDH and MBEWH are not updated properly so I have variances for some materials. I also know MSEG and MKPF, but I thought there would be some history tables that could be used for my use case...

Any idea how to get the closing quantity of any material for any given period like Ocotober 2018?

What do you mean by "MARDH and MBEWH are not updated properly". Could you provide some examples of incorrect updates? If the tables are really updated incorrectly, that would warrant an incident to SAP Support.

I guess the tables are indeed updated correctly. You just need to understand how they are updated as explained in the note 193554 - Stock/valuation data of previous periods
