Hi All,
We have an issue with one user set up.
Dispute case was created and sent for approval, when approver goes to DRA Worklist he gets error 'Invalid RMS ID' and is unable to locate any dispute case assigned to him for approval.
We have no clue what is the reason here and IT is no help...
Any hint highly appreciated 😊
