Invalid number of local collections. Open an incident while creating custom business object

Hi all,

I faced an error when tried to create a custom business object in S/4 HANA cloud. Before this error, I was getting error Items of type XXX must not be edited in this tenant which get resolved by the notes: https://userapps.support.sap.com/sap/support/knowledge/en/3248190

What step did I missed out to activate to allow me to create custom business object?
