Dear experts,
I have a requirement to have a setup time or idle operation which not affect the recource capacity. If I have more than one operation I have me requirement covered with interoperation time, however, my case has a unique operation. I tried the setup time in resource and works properly but it consumes resource capacity so it is not valid for me requirement.
