Hi,
I have entered standard queue time in the work centre. This time is getting replicated in the PDS in the form of average interoperation time which is correct.
Whenever I am running MRP with MD01n( infinite planning) this interoperation time is not getting used while scheduling. My 1st operation is ending at 21:00:00 and second operation is starting immediately. Ideally it should have started with a 20 mins delay(time maintained in the work centre)
Can you please suggest.

Ninad

Hi,
As replied by Rupesh, if you are running MD01n you need to use option 2 (lead time scheduling and capacity planning ) for considering the timings. Also make sure that the production version is maintained for the material. Please refer to OSS note 2461479 - No Lead Time Scheduling in t-code MD01N for Planned Orders
Hope this helps.

Same issue. PPDS just consider the interoperation time when planned orders are created. When you try to schedule/plan them, this time is not considered.

Hi Alex,
It is working fine for us now. Check note 2906502 as well if you have an issue with fixed duration and min send ahead quantity.
Hi,
We are using embedded ppds so we are planning the material in ppds. I am running basic data(infinite scheduling).
I had referred this note but this note only gives information on where I will see this data in PDS.
My issue is that even though these values are in PDS but the planning is not respecting these values.

Hello,
Are you planing the material in ECC or in SCM?
Are you running MRP with lead time scheduling?
Check whether a minimum wait time has been entered in the operation
Please refer SAP knowledge base article 2696048 - Usage of interoperation times within Product Data Structure (PDS)
