Interchangeability groups in MRP Area

Hi all,

i have a requirement regarding interchangeability groups in MRP Area.

Is it possible to use the concept of the Interchangeability group in the same Plant but in different mrp areas?

Hi,  so far i got now reply.  I checked the S/4 System and i found coding from SAP which make it system wise impossible to create Interchangeability groups for MRP Area without modification.

Programm /SAPAPO/SAPLRRP_PACK_MAINTAIN

 Form UPDATE_MARC_CHANGES_IN_DB Line 340 until 351

we raised this with SAP and got a confirmation that it is not supported. They have advised to create a customer Influence which i will be create. I will let you know. it would be good if you can support that as well.
