Integrated Business Planning (IBP) 6.3 - Identity & Access Management - Restricting IAM access

Hi,

I am currently running IBP 6.3 and I was wondering in Identity & Access Management, is it possible to create a business role that allows Role Management/Role Assignment, but limited to a certain scope (like by Region?) So I would like to have some Regional Administrator Users who would be responsible for IAM but only limited to their region?
