Integrate IBP Lifecycle Management Upload via CPI-DS?

Within Product Lifecycle we can now do mass uploads via flat file, but is it possible to upload that data via CPI-DS from an outside source? We would like to upload these settings from CPI-DS so that we don't have to do it manually.

Any thoughts or suggestions?
