Inspection lot for Production not creating in EWM GR

Hi All,

During the goods receipt posting of production order inspection lot is not creating.

we have maintained the below master data

Material master data with 1704

Inspection rule maintained.

configuration done for Warehouse -Depended IOT settings

We are using S4 HANA embedded 2021.

Please let me know if we are missing any other setting.

sorry for the delay, need to setup inspection rule for INBM document type. Then inspection lot is getting triggered for production receipts.

Hi,

Please check the following
1) Make sure the business transaction event QBEXTP is active in transaction BF11
2) Make sure you have an active IOT 4 version in Define Inspection Object Types Version (Tcode /n/SCWM/09000119)
3) The settings of warehouse IOT 4 should be from inspection rule (Tcode /n/SCWM/52001314)
4) Check if the inspection rule is created with the right document type and item type > to check this, go to your inbound delivery in /n/SCWM/prdi and check the header data, the inspection rule should have the same values
5) make sure you have the right inspection process (0- Inspection After Goods Receipt) in your inspection rule
6) Try setting the inspection type as preffered inspection type in the material master
