Initial stock upload with batches in EWM by /SCWM/ISU

Hello experts,

Our products are batch managed products and we are creating and determining batches in EWM and asynchronously batches are updated in ERP system via configuration done from EWM side. For inbound and outbound batches creations and determination are working perfectly

But when I try to upload stock of materials with batches by ISU file. I get an error.

We are using sap 9.3 version.

Do we need to activate the below business function prescribed by SAP note 2371776- Assignment between Product and Batch class doesn't not exist.

In my system the required business function is de-activated.

Hi Shailesh,

I don't think the business function will solve the problem. Based on the error you're getting (Batch does not exist), it seems that the system is not even trying to create a batch. If the problem were the classification, you would get a different message.

Is creating the batches in ERP before you actually upload the stock in EWM an option for you?
