Incremental price based on miles

Hello Experts,

I have a requirement where i should do a incremental price condition type with miles in Public Cloud. Our client have a product called mobilization. The requirement is to have a price from 0-50 & 51-100 & 101-200 in miles.

i tried to create a condition type with scales with fixed value. say 0-50 for 1000 usd, 51-100 for 2000 usd, 101-200 for 3000 usd. But the scale is not accepting the given values. and to have +5% for few customers.

Please suggest How can i do this in public cloud.
