Incoterms not copied from PO to inbound delivery

Hi,

We have a requirement to copy incoterms from PO to EL and HID delivery types.

Incoterms is automatically copied from PO to EL delivery document type but not for HID document type.

We use MIGO transaction to create HID delivery document type. I could see that the incoterms are there in the MIGO screen but it is not copied to inbound delivery.

We checked copy control, info record and vendor master. Nothing is working.

Please let me know if there is any other way to copy the incoterms to HID delivery document type.
