Incorrect replenishment WT's

Hi everyone! We've got replenishment storage type with one buffer bin. Liftforks receive HU WT from bulk storage to the buffer, then workers can move HU to different storage bins.

The problem is: sometimes WT are directly to storage bins, not buffer. Liftfork can't perform such task. WT should be only to the buffer.

It's not a product settings, for there are WT examples of both types for the same product.

Please, give me some ideas, where to look for a problem?

Your query is not clear, can you please rephrase with an example.

what i understood from your question is that "Sometimes WT are directly to storage bins, not buffer" what is not clear here is, which storage bin ? what is the bin type for this ? what is the storage type ? what is buffer ( storage type or storage bin in the same stoarge type )?

if you want to restrict the access of forklift then look the setting for storage Resource type with BIN ACCESS TYPE under resource management

or

if WT is getting created for the wrong bin then you should look for storage type search

Here is more distinct description:

The buffer is another storage type. Problem is that WT goes right into storage bin, bypassing the buffer. I've found the reason: wrong WT is product-type, not HU-type. But now it leads to another problem - replenishment should move whole HU's to buffer, but sometimes it takes only part of HU, and then creates product WT. And I don't know why.

Hi Alexey,

Are you using planned replenishment ?

Did you check the Rounding rule Concept in warehouse process type/Storage type ( Round Whole Units so that always complete HU must pick from Source) ?
