Inconsistency status between EWM and ERP inbound delivery

hi expertise,


i am facing status update between EWM and ERP of inbound delivery.

here is status of inbound delivery

versus EWM status

i am finding the way to fix it, unluckily, there is no way to fix. Please kindly advice.

Hi RTN,

Reason for this inconsistency is most likely the EWM queue is not reached ERP which would post Goods receipt.

Please check if there are any queues stuck in transaction SMQ2 for this delivery(Search with ERP inbound delivery number) OR check SMQ3 if the queue is saved.

If there is any error in the Queue, it should be solved and run the queue to update the delivery.

If there are no queues in ERP, PPF action to be retriggered from EWM system to resend GR queue.

there is no queue in SMQ2 adn SMQ3, is there another way to retrigger?

Hi RTN,

To re-trigger the queues, PPF action needs to retriggered. Those steps can be performed only by SAP Product support. Kindly refer note 1884981, 1887522.

Also, You can check SLG1 logs to see if the queue was triggered or deleted later. Below KBA guides to activate the logs.

2564055 - No logs are activated in the ERP system (SLG1)

Please raise incident to SAP to correct the inconsistency. Please refer below note.

Hi Ravina,

We have the same case like this topic, all the documents in ERP are created normally, but the status of the ID not change to Completed, when some others inbound don't have the situation like this (we just have this errors for some inbounds).

Is there any ways to fix this problem.

Hi Minh,

In this case, I see that split items are complete but main item is still not complete. That's why header status is "Partially completed" . There could be many scenarios.

>It could be an inconsistency.
>Delivery might not be complete in EWM
>Delivery completed indicator could be missing

There is report to re-determine the status of the delivery in ERP. If all the updates to delivery have come from EWM(via queues) but still there is any status inconsistency, we can run this report to re-determine the status.

Report name :RVDELSTA
506510 - Correction report: Status in the delivery

Please check the delivery after running this report.

If still there is consistency in the status and it happens very often, Please raise the incident to SAP Product Support with reproducible example. We shall find the root cause for the issue.

Hello

Check the ppf of the delivery if the "Send ERP messages" ppf is present and triggered.

If yes, then check the consistency of the delivery in /n/scwm/chm_log and finally the queues in SMQ2 for this delivery.
