When user create PR, after user save the document , number that they get is a range From last year document number . Not current year.
after i search the forum. i get the situation . if the number jump forward, it is because of buffer number in snro.
but in my case. it jump backward . and if i create again suddenly got the correct number range
Could you tell me how this situation occur ?
There is no change in number range ( SNRO=> BANF ) configuration from the beginning implement until now
