Inconsistency between outbound delivery ERP and outbound delivery EWM

Dear all,

due to a missing system transport, the PPF action /SCWM/SPC_MSG_SEND for sending a message to ERP was not created.

I set the quantity to zero "0" with a process code in the outbound delivery in EWM. Due to not sending any message to ERP, the outbound delivery on ERP has still the original quantity. That means that I have an inconsisteny! 😞

How can I fix this problem? Can I create manually a PPF action ?

Hi,

The best option would be to contact SAP support if the issue is in Production.

There is an alternative considering the delivery in ECC is unchanged. If you want to delete the ECC delivery, try using FM /SPE/DELV_RESET_DIST_STATUS. This FM allows you to reset the distribution status to D so that you can edit/delete the delivery using VL02N. Also note you need to mark the open quantity in ODO as ZERO in EWM/delete the ODO.
