Inconsistency between outbound delivery ECC and outbound delivery EWM

Dear all,

I have a problem in ECC when I set the quantity to zero "0" with a process code in the outbound delivery in EWM. In particular, as you can see about the screens below, in EWM the delivery status is "completed" while in ECC the delivery status remains A, it doesn't change in C.

How can I fix this problem?

Hi Giuseppe,

Are there any queue errors for your OBD in SMQ2 of ECC or the SMQ1 of EWM?

If none, check if you can find any information on what went wrong in the PPF tab in /SCWM/PRDO.

Hi Pablo,

There aren't any queues or messages in PPF. When I reset the position it doesn't create an outbound delivery in EWM, it only changes the delivery status to completed. I was hoping to find some notes about it.
