Incompleteness check in Inbound Delivery creation

Hi experts,

I cannot distribute inbound deliveries to EWM without packing items or just creating a HU in the inbound delivery any ideas where can I fix this so I will be able to distribute the delivery to EWM without packing?

Hi,

There must definitely be a custom check in your system because standard SAP allows delivery distribution to EWM irrespective of the packaging.
