Inbound Delivery stuck in SMQ2 (EWM => ECC)

Hi,

I get the following error message in ECC-Inbound queue when I create an Inbound Delivery in EWM:

You cannot create the delivery because 1000000102 already exists (/SPE/ID_HANDLING 004)

I did the following:

1. I created a PO in ECC (4500210856)
2. Distributed EGR to EWM
3. Created Inbound Delivery (410000000000) based on EGR in EWM

In /SCWM/PRDI I see the following under Reference Documents:

The Reference Document Number is the same which can't be created in ECC.. where does this number come from/where can I customize this? Do I need to maintain this in ECC or EWM?

I found that the number range is defined in SPRO under

SCWM EWM->Interfaces->ERP Integration->Delivery Processing->Define Number Ranges for ERP Deliveries

I dont quite understand how that works.. where do I assign this number range? And where do I find the corresponding ECC-number range?

Hi,

when creating deliveries in EWM, the number range for the ERP delivery is (of course) in EWM, under SCM Extended Warehouse Management -> Extended Warehouse Management -> Interfaces -> ERP Integration -> Delivery Processing -> Define Number Ranges for ERP Deliveries.

The assignment is done at SCM Extended Warehouse Management -> Extended Warehouse Management -> Interfaces -> ERP Integration -> Delivery Processing -> Control Message Processing Dependent on Recipient.

There are scenarios where the number range is not controlled when the ERP delivery is created - but in general this should of course be an external number range assigned to the ERP delivery type.

The inbound deliveries can be created now with the proper number range.
