You can change the delivery after distribution .

Yes the error happened while I tried MIGO.

well, it is not the error I am expecting (or I am getting when I try this) - but why would you try to post goods receipt with MIGO when this is an inbound delivery which is relevant for EWM? The GR posting will come from EWM (assuming we are talking about an EWM relevant delivery considering the SCN space and the link you gave)..

When I click on the edit button with VL32n its tell the can not edit inbound delivery is on hold .

Neither I can do the Goods receipt .

without getting the full information SCN team cannot confirm you what is the actual reason. if I go with the link shared by you then there are two type of lock one where system put the lock and another where user sets the status. What is your initial analysis is it due to system or user

I am getting the below error while doing the GR with MIGO
