Inbound delivery is not getting distributed to eEWM (S/4 HANA 1909)

Hello!

I created inbound delivery in ERP, then I got message, that delivery was distributed in WMS.

In tr. SMQ2 I see positions in the que. They are with error "Could not find a warehouse number for ERP whse number L01, system D5H777".

But I have assigned Warehouse Number to Plant and Storage Location (SPRO -- Enterprise Structure -- Assignment -- Logistics Execution -- Assign Warehouse Number to Plant and Storage Location).

Also I have assigned of Warehouse Number to Warehouse Number of Decentralized SCM System (SPRO -- Integration with Other SAP Components -- Extended Warehouse Management -- Assign Warehouse Number to Warehouse Number of Decentralized SCM System).

Also I have maped Storage Locations from ERP System to EWM (SPRO -- SCM Extended Warehouse Management -- Extended Warehouse Management -- Interfaces -- ERP Integration -- Goods Movements -- Map Storage Locations from ERP System to EWM).

Also I have assigned Warehouse Numbers from Logistics Execution (SCM Extended Warehouse Management -- Extended Warehouse Management -- Interfaces -- ERP Integration -- General Settings -- Assign Warehouse Numbers from Logistics Execution).

I would be greatful, if somebody can help!

Hi,

first of all: it is EWM, NOT!!! eWM 🙂

Second: So, what landscape are you having. Writing "S/4HANA 1909" could mean several things:

- embedded EWM?

- Decentralized? Then what part is the S/4HANA system?

Screenshot No 2 (Assign Warehouse Number to Warehouse Number of Decentralized SCM System). This part is only for CIF, has nothing to do with distribution of the delivery (and I really hope at this point you do not have embedded EWM).

Screenshot No 3 (Map Storage Locations from ERP System to EWM): If the fields "Disposal" and "Desc Party Ent. to Dispose" are empty, the settings are not correct.

Screenshot No 4 (General Settings -- Assign Warehouse Numbers from Logistics Execution): all other screenshots show an ERP warehouse number "L01" - but here the ERP warehouse number is "0001". Which is not possible, because an ERP warehouse can only have three characters... and I guess the error message is correct.

And it is EWM. NOT eWM - Duh!
And if your question includes the word "transfer order" - do NOT tag the question with Extended Warehouse Management!

Thank you for your help!

I use S/4 HANA embedded EWM.

My organization structere:

  • 4001 -- ERP Plant
  • 0001 -- Storage Loc.
  • L01 -- no.warehouse in WMS

D5HCLNT777 -- Logical system of ERP

D5HEWM777 -- Dummy Logical system

By making record here (screenshot 1) I avoided the mistake with finding correspond warehouse.

As for "Disposal", I have created main record of business partner and made record in "Identification" view (screenshot 2).

Also I have assigned BP to Plant (screenshot 3) (SPRO -- SCM Extended Warehouse Management -- Extended Warehouse Management -- Interfaces -- ERP Integration -- General Settings -- Assign Business Partners to Plant).

But adding record here I get notification "No unique partner found for plant 4001". (screenshot 4)

Can you advice, how to make it right?

About literarure.

I have read "Introducing Extended Warehouse Management with SAP S/4HANA" on sap.press. Now I am reading "Warehouse Management with SAP S/4HANA".

Also I have read EWM110 and EWM120, but that courses contain common information.

Hello!

I have solved the problem with "Disposal party". There was needed to assign the plant to Business Partner at view "Vendor: General Data". (screenshot 1)

Unfortunately I have a new problem. In qRFC-monitor(tr. SMQ2) I got dush messag: "Field Header: Receiving Office: Location No. is a required field for the action HDR: Save Node". (screenshot 2)

After that, I have created the entry "RO GOODS RECEIPT OFFICE" at "Alternative" view in tr. /n/scmb/scumain and got new mistake "The ASSERT condition was violated." (screenshot 3, 4, 5)

I have read this articles:

https://answers.sap.com/questions/12353194/inbound-delivery-not-getting-created-from-inbound.html

https://answers.sap.com/questions/8306249/error-message-supplying-and-receiving-plants-ident.html

May be you could advice me, what I should do?

By debugging the program, I have learned the name of mistake. Its text is: "The object /SCDL/PRD has no interval 02".

Have you any ideas, how to fix that?

I have found the solution.

There was needed to assign correct interval in SPRO -- SCM Extended Warehouse Management -- Extended Warehouse Management -- Goods Receipt Process -- Inbound Delivery - Define Document Types for Inbound Delivery Process.

Thank you for your help!
