Inbound assignment to TU - No business partner found with SCAC SCAC

I try to assign inbound delivery  to existing TU

i am getting below Message

already i maintain BP with for the carrier

Standard Carrier Alpha Code

LGOA

i am not sure what i miss ..

Check Carrier of the TU and Inbound Delivery. Both are same or different.

in Delivery, you can see in Partners Tab. Check both at Header and Item level.
